1) Cancellation: We will refund 50% if cancellation is requested more than 24 hours before the appointment. No refund if cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the appointment.
2) We do not deal with medical emergencies or urgent presentations.
3) If you book a telephone consultation, please ensure that the condition is suitable for this service and that the prescription is not required on the same day. All telephone consultation prescriptions will be issued to an online pharmacy for delivery.
